Volkswagen Test The Safety of Their Cars
One brand car manufacturers with the best image in terms of safety it is undoubtedly Volkswagen . Just ask the owner of some of their cars to make sure.
This extends to all models of the German firm, including the Golf. Although somewhat old, this vehicle has also gone through the obligatory safety tests.

This test aims to determine the durability of their cars, see the most and least resistant, or conditions that may come to bear.
In its day, popular cars like the Volkswagen Golf IV, New Beetle and Transporter successfully passed this test, demonstrating their resilience in tough enough test.
The First Volkswagen Pickup
Volkswagen has until now been synonymous with sedans, hatchbacks and SUVs lately. Now the automaker launches Europe’s largest segment to another: that of the pickups. A few weeks ago, The Car Connection launched on the Internet some spy photos of the van, to go unnoticed looked rather like that of a Toyota Hi Lux, something that coincides with speculation in Argentina:

Although VW has not issued any official statement about it, it has given some clues as to what would this new pickup. In Argentina Auto Blog, published this photo of an event in that country by the German mark, which stood a large sketch of what will be the new model (which, as rumored, will not be marketed in the U.S.). Note the “Made in Argentina”

In fact, in the absence of official information, the only thing left is to speculate. The media in general (which tells the popular dedicated site Pickuptruck.com) believe that the Robust (the name is yet to be confirmed) will be launched in 2010 and will look similar to the Touareg SUV.
It is also likely to be available in both front-wheel drive as an integral, powered by a small group of new diesel engines and maybe a V6 petrol, and in version two and four doors.
